6-Weeks to Splits is a series of flexibility training classes that progress each week. Each class is designed to lengthen and strengthen all of the muscles you need to get your splits. We use many different stretching and muscle relaxation techniques to make the splits attainable for everyone!
Your Instructor
Hello! My name is Katherine and I am a Yoga Instructor and Studio owner in Portland, OR. I grew up in Missouri and spent a few years in Austin, TX getting my degree in Arabic and Middle Eastern studies from the University of Texas. After college, I moved back to Missouri for a bit and did my 200hr yoga teacher training in St. Louis, MO. I love practicing and teaching yoga, and helping people feel confident and proud of their bodies. I also enjoy traveling, hiking, studying languages, reading thrillers, and watching my all time favorite show, The Office. I created 6-Weeks to Splits in 2017 and started teaching it to my students at my studio, My Yoga Room, in Portland, OR. I have helped many people in the Portland area reach their flexibility goals, and I am so excited to share this program with everyone!
